Did a 1.29 time in carrer with Mercedes and ramons Setup.
Ps3 with controller full traction and abs

Wow you guys are allot faster than me. I've only got down to 1:29ish. Thats without dong the setup though. I'm trying to get used to my new steering wheel at the moment. I guess faster times will come.

I got a 1:26.856 with the first posted settings with red bull. I did a couple of laps and knocked a couple of seconds off my previous best result but then didnt seem to get any better. So i loaded a ghost from someone faster than me so they would push me harder. Worked a treat. Im going to keep doing that. I think i could knock a couple more seconds off.

I did a 1:27.686 on career mode all aids off accept auto with lotus in qualifying. I qualified 4th on legend difficulty. Pretty happy with that. This is my first season of the game. In the first race i qualifyied 12 and came 6 th in the race. Spun out a few too many times. I think i could have got 4 th in that if i didnt lose control like i did.

i'm playin on PS3 and i wondered if that changes much on ther cars performance becoz i'm freakin amazed to see guys going so fast around tracks... i mean 3sec faster or soooo ???!!!

I noticed all the records seem to be maclarens. Does anyone know if you can lay rubber down on the track if you time trial long enough?

i don't think so ... tyre-simulation is set off ... my question is: Does the game simulate dirty air if you are to close to car in front ... sometimes i feel so ... my time is 1:21:836 in timetrial and 1:22:794 with all options off ... with setup made by RAMON (see list)

Unfortunately the last days do not have much time to play, so I have no new setup. When I had more time, I will post setups for other tracks, for lotus in career mode.

Hope this helps. It might need some tweaking.

I've never used a wheel, but would presume it to be smoother and not to scrub as much speed making it a little easier to get the times. But, with patience and a few more laps the pad is in my opinion just as fast.

Good setup. I made a 1.23.650 in the time trial mode with Red Bull

with the default setting my best time in a lotus (career) was 1.30.239
with the settings from the first I set down a time of 1.27.673.

Both times where on soft tires
