Menu with VR?

I´m using Content Manager with Assetto Corsa and Oculus Rift S. Every time I want to change car or track, I have to remove my headset because the menus are no visible on VR. Is there a workaround for this? Maybe a way to change car or track without going to the Content Manager menus?

Use the virtual desktop in oculus. It will let you see content manager as it is on the monitor but in the rift, you can even use the touch controller as an air mouse.

Maybe this video bring in some inspiration. But I can tell you from my experience, using the touch controllers in CM is nearly impossible.
