Hello, when I have a grand prix or career and then I want to start a new gp or career, what should I do? The only option is to continue ...thanks

When you set the focus on career, you can use your joystick (R stick I beleive) or the keyboard (A and D, or is it Q and E ?) to switch from "continue" to "new".
It's not great I agree, and a few menus in the game work like that.

Thank you...and this year is missing the red bull rookies cup? In a career, it is only possible to choose moto3, moto2 and motogp

Rookies Cup is not missing, the coronavirus just created problem to Milestone wich couldn't finish MotoE and Rookies Cup (and also all the liveries of Moto3/2 and model/liveries of MotoGP). At the end of May Milestone, with a patch or free dlc, will add Rookies Cup.

For a Single Grand Prix the Option is Missing. You have to finish the started GP. Just crash the Bike.

For a season the Option is there via right Stick.
I guess they will include it also for GP with a patch as this must be a "bug".

I am taking for PS4 Version by the way.
