Sry the file would be to big. Here is the way hie to install it via erp archiver. I think you just forgot to safe the mipmaps.
For car livery you need to replace the file mercedes_decal_da.tif and mercedes_main_paint_c.tif in the file asset_groups/animation_package/f1_2018_vehicle_package/teams/mecedes/wep/mercedes.erp
The mipmaps you have to safe in f1_2018_vehicle_package/teams/mercedes/textures

this doesnt work, how do you install, there are DDS files included with the download, so complicated...
