Thanks but it still won't work. Must be be some issue with my game.

Only the new 2023 Red Bull livery by Thang has worked ... the others I've tried have all been 'scrambled'.

I think you are wrong in the installation, or you use the original game without the season mod with the original raceload.jpk, i don't know this problem

Cracked it ! It was the raceload.jpk !

You can, it doesn't matter playing multiplayer if only with the livery mod, the most important is the original database

I used mods before and my game is from Steam, but I realized firstly I have to download the F1 23 Season mod and I didn't download it. Could this be the reason ?

possibly. the mod has the necessary raceload.JPK file that loads correct liveries.

Yeah, I understand it and downloaded your mod, after that just copied your "raceload.jpk" file and put it on my game so it worked. Thanks to both of you, amazing mods, amazing liveries
