miami hard rock track installation issues

hello all,
i have downloaded the miami2022 track for rfactor2 and it unzips as a folder not an rfcmp file, tried all the advice i could find and put it in locations folder when i found that eventually and in packages in fact almost everywhere,
can somebody please tell me how to install it into rfacto2 or perhaps send me a link to the rfcmp file if one exists?
i only want to do a few laps before the race tonight to get an idea of the circuit better

Where did you download the track from?
And why do you ignore advice to subscribe to the track on Steam?

ah sorry for my late reply i find the whole thing a bit confusing, getting old i guess, i've never looked at steam for extra tracks i just got the rfcfm track and install it in the usual way. not a problem now as Miami has come and gone and i'm sure there will be an easier one to download next year.
downloaded a few from rfactor central and this site too i think?
just got confused when the track i downloaded wasn't in the usual format.
