MGP19 Microsoft Controller not selectable

Hey Crew

I cannot re-allocate inputs in game...also cannot seem to select controller (Microsoft) to use in game...only keyboard. Does anyone have a solution? When I go into controllers it shows as do the input allocations, but wont let me select any to change?
