F1 2013 Mid Session Save - How to load ?

I'm in a race.
I make a Mid Session Save.
I have a crash and to load my Mid session Save.
How to do it ? Where is the option ?

Sorry, wish I could help, but that is the one function I have never used.

I still don't really trust the main game autosave function (I keep multiple backups), so there is no way I would trust a mid-session save.

The main game save has been bugged for years in the previous games, and F1 2013 was no exception to this bug (though it was meant to have been patched to fix it).

So when they introduced a much requested mid-session save (which is a good thing), I would never dare risk trusting it.

It must be the pessimist in me

I've been using it in PS3 with no problems. But when I want to load the Mid Session Save, I must go out to the main lobby of the game and enter career mode again... that takes time... Just wondering if there's a way to access it immediately after the saving without the need to go to the main lobby.

Ah OK .......... I am not a console user either, my wonderful game saving experience is from the PC
