Try my best to match with the actual misano track so:

-replace billboards with Blancpain, Pirelli, Petronas, ACC ones
-replace the italian flag by the rimini riviera art
-change color of walls
-change border color
-brighter asphalt to match with actual one and see more details and tyre marks

This track need more love, hope one day, someone would refresh it

Ciao, ho copiato la directory della tua mod nella directory skin di misano MVC v 1.2, lasciando i nomi invariati, ma quando vado a provare nel circuito le immagini non cambiano (la bandiera italiana ad esempio non viene sostituita). Sbaglio qualcosa io oppure devo prima fare qualche altra operazione?

Hi, if you got this kind of folder sturcture "name_of_the_track/skins/cm_skins/name_of_the_mod", it's for CM (content manager) usage, now you must run CM and select the skin you want to apply.

Another method, without CM, it's to put the content of the mod (the texture files) in a "default" folder inside the "skins" folder then run AC, hope it could help you
