missing cars and tracks in game

so I just got auto and when I open it up and fixed all of my controls I go to start a race to test them and when I picked the car I wanted to drive nothing showed up so I just went to all cars and the only cars the appeared where the Camaro's and one track and this a fresh install no mods of any sort and I honestly have no idea how to fix it so if you know how to or had this problem pls help me try and fix it

Sounds very weird. I'd say "verify integrity of game files" for your Automobilista install (see https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB). This basically just ensures that all files that come with AMS are where they're supposed to be. Then restart your PC.
