Missing Ennis's PSD templates

I was just having a look at Bob's homepage..
In the pro-user xpack download section, at the bottom of the page, are links to Photoshop templates that ennis posted, and the links don't seem to work.. from this end at least.

I was hoping someone else could try and download one of these files, and let me know if you also get a blank white page, and not much else.
