Missing times on leaderboard

Few hours ago i just set my lap record /1:39:853/, see upper ingame screenshot. And now spot the difference on the actual leaderboard /1:39:953/, so missing the best lap... or what the hell happened, again? It's not a big deal, but the better time is in the top 100.
