MMos Software

Hi All

I recently upgraded from a T300 to a OSW

Thus I have deleted the LUT file that I was using for Assetto Corsa

However I cannot seem to change the ffb force settings in MMos. I can change the max force (as pictured down below) but when I click save (in both the red highlighted sections) it always reverts back to this 28.14% figure.

It doesn't feel any different in the game when I set it to 28% or 100% ... this it seems to be stuck at 28%

Does this have to do with the LUT file I deleted or can anyone point me in the right direction ???

Thanks heaps

IIRC there was ini file in MMos folder, check if you have write permissions to it. Also try to create new profile.

You need to select the epprom option on FFB configuration and then Save... The default is what is stored on the utility, not on the STM32 controller...

It should still get loaded when MMos starts. EEPROM is loaded without starting MMos.

CY: Which controller is it using? Argon, or Ionicube/Ioni or SimuCUBE/Ioni? Please take a photo of the inside. Also, what servo and psu? It might be that it is limited (max servo current /POS) inside the Granite Devices controller....

Hi Phillip, from what I remember MCC/MMC settings in Granity were not affecting MMOs Max Force slider. It was just scaling on whatever max amperage is available. But that was Argon, may be other controllers are different.
Could be that ini file is either corrupted or write protected.

Hi & thanks all

Its sorted now. I just saved under the Eprom setting and it started to work.

@mrbean_phillip .. the board is an Ioni ... Servo is the mige 130st-m10010 ... unsure about the PSU. I had EMI issues to start with and it was not the PSU outlined in Carlos's (Sim Racing Coach) grounding example, but it did have the grounding wire ... which I connected to.

All I know is its damn F#(*^ awesome as I have been setting PB's after PB's. using a 350mm drifting wheel (had issues with the 280mm GT3 wheel I purchased and ended up sending it back) ... so I can't wait to get a decent wheel to drive with.

Thanks again guys ... you are awesome :)

Are you able to save and retain values under individual profiles? Saving to EEPROM just does not use that file I mentioned. Probably deleting it and creating new profile in MMOs is not a bad idea.

What do you mean by individual profiles ??

All I do is set the Max force (I have changed it to 100 and manage it within the game itself) and then it is the same setting each time I use it. It wasn't doing this previously and just kept on reverting back to what it was saved as last (28)

The open drop box on your screenshot. You can have different configs for different sims. Then you can just select it and click Load.
