F1 2021 Mod simulated session results

Hey there, as said above im looking for a way to modify the simulated session results, so for example when you skip qualifying or fast forward the session the AI will not do laptimes based on their cars performance but scripted laptimes so there must also be a way to change those times.. hopefully anyone knows how

It always depends on the AI level, I have noticed. But it's been like that forever in F1 games by CM. It's set in the virtual performance in the database, which we cannot change.

Yeah that database is what i would love to change but if youre sure its not accessable for us, then thats cleared at least, thanks!
