F1 2020 Mod to Change Driver Lineup My Team

Basically the title. Is there a mod, or a way to edit the driver lineups? I don't need to add Alonso or anything like that, but move Vettel to Racing Point or Sainz to Ferrari ect.

It's just impossible in this game. Modmakers can't edit text files with names.
