Mod to disable neutral?

Hi Guys, previously bought F1 2010/11 on Xbox but decided to go PC this year for the mod abilities.

One thing that's always bugged me was that I could go into neutral no matter what speed I was doing, is there a way to disable this is you're going over a certain speed so that 1st gear is the lowest you can go? Not a massive issue if not, just wondered.
