Mods no longer load

After a complete rebuild of my gaming machine and a fresh install of AC, most of the mods will not load. AM i missing something? Before the rebuild, I backed up my Cars/Tracks folders and the setups folder, then just copied them back.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Except a mistake in the "copied them back" ... at the wrong place, I cannot see many other reasons.
If the original cars are working ... it looks well like a bad install for the addons ...
Did you check you didn't copy the backup of "cars" folder in the "cars" folder of the game and same for Tracks ....
This should be the 1st thing to check .... I know it seems obvious, but sometimes just a bit of distraction and that's done ( but wrong ).

They are all in the correct places, what's odd is the mods are all listed, but when I try and load a mod track or mod car, AC starts, but then kicks back to the page where you would select you vehicle and track.

And the original cars and tracks are loading correctly ?
Else, maybe you simply forgot to approve acs.exe in your firewall ....

That might be forgotten as it is a complete PC reinstall.
