Monitor Help - 34 1440p or 49 1080p?

Hello,

I am using a 32 monitor on 2560x1440 res with a 5700 XT

I am on the pursuing of more FOV withou need to buy a new graphics card.

I can get a 34 1440p res monitor or the samsung 49 1080p version.

The samsung gives me the max fov possible in single monitor, but will i notice a significant decrease of image quality?

I think there's no answer... personal preference. You are, however, used to the higher res.

I have a 27" Acer Predator monitor (model 'XB271HU', IPS panel, 2560x1440, @165hz... best monitor I've ever had), coupled with an Asus MB- Hero XI, nVidia EVGA 2080ti, and an Intel 9900k cpu.

Samsung 49" 1440p 120Hz, very very good, nearly, but not quite as good as triples.

I'm still loving my Samsung 49" 1080. Personally, I think the trade off with higher res monitors and the horsepower needed to run them at the highest graphic settings in-game is not worth it. For the record, when I drive I'm only 20" from my monitor.
