Monitor hz setup help

Hey all,
Monitor one Acer Predator 27" 2560x1440 144 hz

Monitor two Asus 27" 2560x1440 75hz

Question... I'm trying to force the Acer to run at 75hz to match the Asus maximum refresh rate so far have had no luck.

If I run the Acer at 85hz, then the Asus at 75hz I get severe screen tear, I can run the two monitors at 60hz in numerous sims just fine but nvidia CP will not let me create custom 75hz for the Acer.

I'll be purchasing a third monitor soon, any help is appreciated.

This utility has been around since 2012 and I was completely unaware of it.
