When I install the mod, I normally import the dds file through Ego ERP Archiver and replace the "com_06_helmet_d.tga.mipmaps" file in the "unbranded_com_06" folder, and save the new incardriver.erp file in the required folder.

I also noticed a lot of career folders for each team like Haas, Ferrari etc having files names like "career_haas_cap_d.tga.mipmaps".

Should these files also be changed?

And what is the difference between helmet_s.dds and helmet_d.dds?

helmet_d.dds is the paint scheme, helmet_s.dds is how the light interacts with the helmet, if it is matte, gloss, metallic etc
