so today I decided to make the Monte Carlo 2023 Rally plate (Non WRC 1).
It may not be completely perfect but it's very close to the real one.
It was quite complicated as some fonts weren't available.
Of course you're absolutely free to use it and to put it on your skins
I put the psd file inside the zip so you can as well change for your own number.
