DiRT Rally More Group B Cars?

I suppose this is a general question for more cars, but in the main I would like to know if the 'proposed' additional group B cars, the Renault and Toyota I believe, will actually come out for this game?

Ive seen them in lists but asterisked, so im assuming they are in the pipeline but no actual set date for release?

There will not be any Renault or Toyota in the game due to licensing.

Yup, seems like Milestone had a bigger budget.
