Most unusual victory in the history of motor racing sport

The race was red flagged with only 15 minutes on the clock, and stewards decided to use previous lap as end results standings....meaning Vanthoorn wins a race landing on his roof, even though he was overtaken a second before the crash.

Then they decided to not use the rule that makes it possible to give a penalty to the driver causing the red flag. Which I honestly think should've been used here, as at the point of the crash, he was not the leader.

I did not know of that rule tbh. That's how subjective "stewardism" is, not having a uniform organ for all GT classes to rule on incidents. Or do they?
