I made an order over xmas. Yesterday, my order status changed to 'ready to be shipped'.
I was wary about the bank transfer thing, but everything seems to be in hand. The customer support guy was very helpful (I had an issue with transferring funds internationally and he came back with a UK bank account). It seems like a strange way of doing things, but I'm feeling very relaxed about getting my order.
