MGP13 MotoGP 13 Patch 1.1

Hi, I downloaded the patch 1.1 version, but when I launch the .exe it appears "Motogp(TM)13 digital version could not be located on your system"
I tried to copy over the launcherdialogDLL.dll or to put the .exe file into the directory but it's the same thing! What can I try to do?

Remove the MotoGP13 from your PC. After it install it, but don't copy the launcherdialogDLL.dll. Run the 1.1 patch, and when finishing the Patch setup copy the launcherdialogDLL.dll.

Patch 1.1 downloaded via Steam halfed my frame rate and I based on the Steam forums I wasn't alone with this issue
