You have to replace some of the stickers with sponsor logos

Well you'll still have to do all the steps, it's just it'll be a different file you're doing it with

Make sure you're editing the alpha channel on the texture

how could the game be mod if only ducati is acceptable. however, ducati vertices is more than 30000 compare to other bikes that only less than 15000. does anybody also notice it?

The game is still perfectly moddable, it’s just not possible to open the models at this time.
Even the models can be modded though, you just can’t extract them but since all the bike models are the same as GP20 (except the Ducati) you can even still make modifications to those and import them.

It controls the transparency of the image, if you’re using something like photoshop to edit you’ll have to edit it manually. Go to where it says channels on the right and select alpha
