Mouse control in Oculus Rift

I'm having an issue with moving my mouse while in the Oculus Rift. It was working fine earlier then all of a sudden it stopped moving all the way to either side or full top to bottom in the headset. Whenever I move the mouse the farthest it will move is basically the size of my monitor. While I'm in the headset and start a new race and try to click the start button, the yellow dot stops about 6 inches before that...it won't let me choose any of the options on the left side (even to quit, I have to alt+tab to close the screen). I've tried restarting the game/steam/my pc and every time I try a new race it does the same thing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I figured it out. Somehow full screen rendering became unchecked in the options
