Move Cars Around

I was wondering is there any way of moving cars around manually to position them where I want them so I can take really good photos, maybe a mod app or something not sure?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question, but can you noe just move the car around by driving it? Then use the photo app or F7 to move the camera around?

You probably won't reply because this thread is a couple years old but how do I move cars other than my own car? I tried the walking_out ini thing but it just didn't work for me

hey man it's better now, go to content manager>single quick race>you have practice, trackday and chose the far right option called drag race or smth different because it's different option, and choose walking out and you good.
