Move closer to dash?

I picked up GT Legends after feeling guilty for downloading AC Legends. I want to get closer to the dash as I feel too far away on my screen - even at the closest position. Just wondered if there's a hack to do that? Cheers.

Left click on your mouse moves seat,
Control + LC is pov.
Right click is up and down.
