Move the whole track

Hello guys, i have a question for everyone who want to help. I'm trying to move the entire track (all the nodes at the same time) in order to match with another. Is that even possible?

Move nodes tab/tool/button - Transform. You can certainly rotate the whole track + objects but moving doesn't look very likely.

If your going to try, back up your project first.

Ok, that's not what i wanted, but i gave up on my try to guessing the cambers (i had used a two more lowered tracks aproach then the real layout was a bit offset, but it's had not working as i expected to do. Anyway thank you sir, i read a lots of topics here and you are 1 of those guys who always are there to help others, much appreciated.
