Whenever I use the loader launcher it doesn't download files saying "an exception occurred during a WebClient request." and if I download the full package there's no msc loader.exe

Hello, having some problems with the patcher itself. I installed the patcher from the installed from this website and get this error
e24e655f97518b8862395668bdc4f84f.png

https://gyazo.com/e24e655f97518b8862395668bdc4f84f. It doesn't give any other errors than that after. Doesn't look like it generated an output log

Edit : Going to try download from github, might be a problem with the installer
Didn't fix, this is the output the error gave. Looking at it might be a permissions problem with settings

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

Ok... I don't know what I have done but I turned experimental branch off and it seems to be working fine now...? I turned off advanced files at the installer. I really don't know what changed

Why do mods start throwing errors with 1.0.1 when they worked with older versions? This mainly applies for the New House mod by Kunedo and I don't think he's gonna fix them so is there any way to fix it on my end? Or is it a case of the game in which it can't be fixed without changing the mod?

Newest game update broke most of old mods, so abandoned mods (like kunedo's) will most likely not be fixed, unless someone will recreate them from scratch.

So, I've recently run into a pretty odd issue. When I go to use mod loader, I click Loader_Launcher.exe and opens as per usual, but, when I click "Launch Patcher!" it does absolutely nothing, there's no error, the patcher doesn't start up, there's nothing about msc in my task manager both applications or processes, and nothing happens at all and I'm unsure of why it would spontaneously start doing this.
