Sorry Paul, in no way is what you sent me an MSpec and I'd like a refund.

Thanks

I placed a photo of this light with the ad.
Once sold I removed the listing and marked SOLD as I did with my DSD shifter also listed on here.

I will contact admin to see if they can retrieve the original listing showing the photo.
I imported the light from Australia personally.

Will be in touch via PM.

Thank you

There were no pictures attached to the original listing. If there were and I had of seen them I would not have made the purchase as that is not an MSPEC as you described in your heading.

Post the confirmation here then please.

I still stand by what I said. You didn't have any pictures attached to your original listing.

Your header states "MSPec Shift light", NOT "Early version MSpec shift light"

REFUND REFUSED: taking it to Paypal and CC company to claim a refund that way.

You posted here and messaged me that you had confirmation from MSpec and your friend but you haven't provided those confirmations here or in private.

Also, have you heard back from the Admin here about your original listing, if so post the response here too please.

EDIT: Received this from Mat at MSpec.

Hi Phil,
It does appear to be a very early MSPEC shift light, the original stand has been broken off and the metal part attached.
If you go into device manager and look under the device properties for the 4 digit serial number I should be able to confirm its origin, see attached image:

Kind regards,
Mat

Notice he said the stand has been "Broken Off". Point out in your original post where you said it was damaged.

On those grounds I'm now requesting a refund.

Light is MSPEC no argument about that.
It is also FULLY working.

You insisted that the light I sold you was NOT an MSPEC.

Sorry Paul, in no way is what you sent me an MSpec and I'd like a refund.

Thanks

I contacted MSPEC and they confirmed to me it was.

Yes the bracket has been glued but this was showing in the photo and also
why the light was only £15-00

It works perfectly, I'm not out to rip anyone off.

You also contacted Paypal and accused me of unauthorised access to your account.
See below.

We have completed our investigation of the transaction below and were
unable to find evidence of unauthorised access to the buyer’s account. This
case was refused to the buyer and no funds were recovered from your account.

However

I contacted Admin and they are saying they cannot see an image.
OK this is an issue and fully understand how you could have thought this to be the later model.

Not sure why the picture was not seen, it was showing my end.

I will of course refund you.
Please kindly return the item.

Mat

Hi Paul,
This appears to be an older MSPEC Shift Light body, however the stand / bracket is not one of mine. If you know the serial number or original purchaser I can confirm it.
Hope that helps.

Kind Regards,
Mat

Please can you confirm this is Mspec.

I had a friend send it over from Australia to me some month's ago.

I just sold it on a sim forum as I have gone VR, sold in good faith only to be told it is not Mspec ?

Kind regards
