okay, my final stab at this I swear. This was tested on a t300. So thrustmaster wheels may be okay. Im sure it will translate well on other wheels. I tested this with the fgulf at snetterton (5 hours this afternoon). Since my recent experience in a similar openwheeler in real life, I have tried best to translate my feelings into this set. I also tested other cars namely the stock (for its sluggish handling) and the formula 1. So as you can see ive tried both ends of the spectrum regarding car handling. I cant get the road bumps without basically losing all feeling of tyres, so sorry guys, this is for your tyres only.
This is one setting for all cars. But you can tweak car masters for overall strength (as examples shown). You can let me know how this feels on different cars, and maybe post with your own tweaks. This has in my experience stopped clipping too. Also has stopped the aggressive force in slower hard corners.
TM Wheel Profiler (gain constant etc etc)
100/100/100/0/0/game centre wheel.
Wheel Config PCARS
Deadzones> 0

Just to add, everyone check steering lock on all cars. Most are well to slow or fast then they're real life prefered setup.
I use 540deg
>Road cars or older protos 19-23
>Open wheelers and lmps and track day cars 14-17
Good luck t300 owners!!!
