Hello, I have the mod and I want to drive the yellow car but I only get the mods cars and the satsuma, hayosiko, ketmen, gifu in short ... the drivable cars but the npc cars do not come out! Help!

Can someone please explain a little better how I can get the changes to stay to the car I messed with in MSTuner? I made changes but cant figure out how to save them and have them permanent on the car.
