Multi monitor multi GPU setup

Hi guys, I am looking to get a second monitor to just be able to run telemetry and hwinfo whilst racing in AMS2.
My thoughts were to run the igpu of the 7700X to the second monitor and the main monitor that runs the game to run off the add in gpu.
Is this possible? Is it difficult to setup?

As far as I know, you just plug the cables into the 2 GPUs and they should both show up in the Windows Display menu!
Many simracers use triple screens horizontally via 3x display port and then a 4th monitor on the iGPU for telemetry, timings etc
