Not really, it's bit complicated.
Choices :-
1/ Use a mod manager to swap the mods in and out when you want to play them, AND swap in and out your game save files in the Steam/userdata folder
or
2/ Keep 3 full installs of the game, one copy with each mod installed. Then rename the folder of the one you want to play, AND swap in and out your game save files in the Steam/Users folder
3/ You would have 3 folders named (for example) F1 2014-1988, F1 2014-1994, and F1 2014-1997
4/ If you want to play the 1994 mod, you would have to rename the F1 2014-1994 folder to F1 2014 to actually play it
Your game save files are stored in the folder below, so you would probably need 3 copies of it, one for each mod that you play, and swap the correct game save files back into the folder to continue your season.
