Multiple track layouts

Hi all, if I want to have separate track layouts, do I effectively have to build several very similar tracks using the same track information (almost like a save as) and have these exported as separate tracks, or is there a way to hold various configurations within the same information, thus keeping file size down? Sorry if this has been covered before - didn't see this.

EDIT - looking at some tracks I've donwloaded, it seems they're all separate files for different configurations (or even seasons) of the same track.

You answered it yourself: yes.

You can have one track folder for all the layouts of your track but layout will have a different name and each will be in it own sub-folder under the main track folder.

When you export the different layouts of your track the Venue name will remain the same for all layouts, but the track name will change for each layout.
