Have you gotten everything wirred? the starter has two wiring points

Positive terminal + Starter then is bolted on with a 5mm bolt on the back of the starter

Negative terminal (Battery)

Battery ground connector (Starter, front bolt must be untightened first with 1x7mm)

Thats all ive got for help. also make sure you have a fully charged battery
