Skins My costum skin takes a ridicilously long time to load.

So hi, I've made my first AC skin for the Mx5 cup. After I finished, it tried to have a look at it in showroom, it didn't open up. Then I tried launching a session, that time it did load, however it took very VEEERY long, It took literally 10 minutes, but it worked just fine. Any ideas how to reduce the loading time?

If you're not using dds with mipmaps, then AC automatically converts it to that during load. So that could be an issue. Unless you're using huge textures or your hard drive is dying that shouldn't be 10 minutes though.

So found the problem. If anyone comes across the same issue, make sure that your Skin_00_MAP file is at the same size as your Skin_00 file. But thanks for the suggestion.
