My R "replay" button is not working

Anyone have an idea why my R key is not showing replays?

Do you have "save replays" and/or "save hotlap" enabled? I think you need at least one of them enabled to R to work.

Also, if you are in a multiplayer session, you won't see it until you leave the track.

Both save replays and hotlaps are marked saved. And I am always offline.
I ran sync and still no replays. Maybe I need to un-install and re-install.
I really hate to go through that again though.
