PC2 My rear tyres are smoking at fast corners

Why are my rear tyres smoking at high speed corners? McLaren gt3.

Yeah mine seem to do that all the time now too where they didn't do it previously. Just more bugs to add to the bugs.

Bug since release or pcar1, maybe its worse after the patch?!
In the replay my car smokes all the time now^^

Having the same problem too. Pretty sure that it doesn't happen in the previous patch. I'm using the GT4 86 btw. Anyone knows if the bug is just for specific models? Really stupid bug which ruins the whole experience.

It's pretty universal as far as I could tell. Use it to let yourself know you're getting the maximum cornering capability.

It's just a client side issue as to when the graphic effect for smoke starts from the tires. It doesn't affect online.

Yeah, my tires seem to start smoking in the pits already.

It will get fixed. Question is how soon will it get fixed though!
Not a fan of waiting for ages for one big patch that will fix it all.
Would prefer small patches every week or two.

For now i'll try not to look at my rear mirrors.

Wish they would push out increment pc patches. The issue is that console patches cost a lot of money as they have to get certification from Sony and M$ before release.

From what I understand there smoke is just cosmetic. Your tires aren't overheating add you smoke around a corner.

Disappointed that this for through on the patch. I messed up a setup as I kept trying to dial out what I thought was to much weight on my outside tire.
