My Satsuma makes white smoke only on the exaust pipe

I know this isn't right bc I tried to make the car inspection again and the part where the gas is "revieued" was whith a cross, what could it be?

Replace your pistons they are too damaged you can tell by the blue tint to the smoke. should probably replace crankshaft while your there but upto you.
