Yes if you install the textures onto the williams team manually. I will get around to making an update if I have time to make it an option to just replace williams livery.

I don't use photoshop or any 3d models if that's what you mean. I have some experience from when I made the Sony livery but otherwise I just edited the 2d texture with paint.net and worked it out over time where parts of the car were.

What do I need to do with the Xilliams folder?

make sure you got modular mods base files installed first then from there the Xilliams folder goes into -> "f1_2021_vehicle_package" , "teams" directory (NOT IN ASSET_GROUPS). The Xilliams folder does get used by Modular Mods so my mod here works properly (otherwise blurry textures)!
