Make sure you have put the mod to motogp21\Content\Paks

If still does'nt work, you can rename the mod with
pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor_YUMEMOD 1.6_P or
pakchunk2-WindowsNoEditor_YUMEMOD 1.6_P

Have you sure the game in same version?
And make sure you have update to the new version , maybe this can help
