Nagoya highway offline traffic planner now available. This was my first attempt in creating traffic using the traffic tool itself, so hopefully this works out for you guys that has been looking for traffic for this track. I intend to create more traffic planners for various tracks soon. Track is still a WIP from the creator but still fun to drive on.

Would it be possible for you at some point to create a full Higashimeihan Circuit configuration other than the current traffic layout?
