How can I change this little flag. I already change nationality in original game launcher and steam. Where to look for?
I want my mother Russia flag!)

That info is contained in the ui_skin.json in the skin file. You can change it in there if you like.

I can't give you a path - it's contained inside the folder of the skin you're using on the car at the time.
