Need for Speed: World

Was anyone even playing this? I thought this game was DOA upon release.

I played it a little bit and poked around with the 65 Pontiac GTO, but for the most part it was not really that interesting. I probably had more fun on the diamond hunts than in the actual races, but I am cynical and poo-pooed the powerups being there solely to make people feel like they have to break out the credit card. *shrug*

I guess I am not the target market.
