Need help if post is allowed and where to put it

Hey guys,

I am interested in finding a consistent hotlapper in ACC for a data modelling project and need someone to do laps with many different setups. I have a small budget for that and would be able to pay a small amount of money as compensation for the effort. Is it allowed to advertise that here on the forum and where would I put that post?
