Need help pls

Hi guys

I try to get online but the game says can not connect to the server. I try the lobby and the reg. fix but still nothing. I unistall the game and tried again with no luck again . My anti virus was blocking the commands (lobby , reg fixes ) I disable it but still nothing .

There seems to be a new problem with the lobby and our wizard is trying to get it fixed (or at least try to discover what the problem is this time).
