Need help, Service currently unavailable.

Hi guys.

I have just subscribed to iRacing but I am facing problems before I have even got in to the sim.

I have installed the the software, clicked on the icon, directed to the member site, but it says my "service is currently unavailable". I am then prompted to download the software again, which I have done and still no joy.

Anyone else had this issue?

Have you rebooted?

Try the support forum there, always lots of helpful people. You can also call support or live chat if it's during business hours, Susan will take care of you.
